Credit

Clients rely on Barclays Capital for superior ideas, solutions and liquidity across a full range of credit products globally. The demand for global credit is strong – you’ll help to deliver innovative products and services that give our clients the competitive edge.

Emerging Markets

Barclays Capital Emerging Markets operates from three regional hubs in London, New York and Singapore, as well as from local trading, sales and banking locations, to meet clients’ needs. You’ll join over 250 professionals globally, delivering the full range of emerging markets products.

Equities

We are a leader in advanced equity products and services. You’ll help to provide clients with research and market intelligence for pre-trade portfolio and investment creation and risk management, trade insight and execution across a wide breadth of products, as well as post-trade management and servicing.

Foreign Exchange

Barclays Capital provides global FX execution and risk management services. You’ll be part of a team that takes pride in efficiently executing the most comprehensive range of products and services on behalf of clients. The team has won several awards across the full product spectrum ranging from e-commerce to complex derivatives.

Fund Solutions

Barclays Capital Fund Solutions (BCFS) is the asset management business of Barclays Capital. You’ll help to provide investors with value-added investment solutions that combine the strengths of asset management and investment banking.

Inflation-linked Products

We are a leading market maker and a top-tier lead manager of issuance in inflation-linked securities, in which we have one of the largest bond franchises globally. You’ll be giving clients access to an unsurpassed breadth of products, as we continue our commitment to develop and grow inflation-linked markets.

Interest Rate Products

Barclays Capital has been a market leader in interest rates for many years. You’ll help to provide a full product set in all major European currencies, USD, Yen and more – consistently attaining high rankings on a number of electronic execution platforms, including Barclays Capital's own BARX.

Investor Solutions

Investor Solutions is a cross-asset class, structured product sales team. In the Americas, you’ll be a part of either the Institutional Coverage Group or the Retail team. Within these groups, you could work in Retail, Retail Insurance, Private Banking or Advisor Solutions.

Municipal Bonds

Barclays Capital is one of the top dealers of US municipal bonds. You’ll be part of a team that uses a strategic, solutions-based, client-driven business model to deliver a comprehensive range of services, including investment banking, underwriting, derivatives, research, sales and trading.

Prime Services

Barclays Capital Prime Services provides global clients with a holistic, capital markets approach to financing, execution and servicing. Our goal is to be the ideal partner for diverse, sophisticated clients, and you’ll help to provide a client-centric, cross-asset platform customisable to their evolving requirements.

In EMEA, we recruit directly into Prime Services. We look for confident, resourceful self-starters with strong team-playing skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure. The work is highly varied and challenging, calling for excellent relationship management and organisational skills combined with an enthusiastic and proactive approach to problem solving. Securitisation

Our securitisation services for clients involve the structuring, global distribution, trading and research of asset-backed products in the Asset Backed Securities and Asset Backed Commercial Paper markets. You’ll offer clients seamless execution of securitisation transactions, plus in-depth market intelligence.

Structured Capital Markets (SCM)

SCM is a structured finance business within Barclays Capital primarily focusing on client flow business. Working in SCM, you’ll facilitate and execute transactions with clients (primarily financial institutions) in respect of multiple asset classes including fixed income and equities, and across multiple jurisdictions.
