Diversity campus recruiting assists in this effort by identifying demographics that are least represented in our applicant pool across all businesses, and develops workshops and programs to increase awareness of – and educate about – various career paths in financial services. Source candidates from all majors and disciplines so that we can provide diverse perspectives and solutions to our clients
Sponsor and support a variety of diversity and student organizations to broaden the scope of our candidate pool
Develop tailored internal and external programming which highlights skills and competencies necessary for candidates to be successful in the recruiting process and industry
Collaborate with Diversity & Inclusion to emphasize the importance, strength, and support of our Employee Network Groups
